Midweek blues got you feeling tired and sluggish? Come join us for our final Yoga in the Gardens event of 2022 and get the reset you need to make it through the work week! Our tranquil garden is the perfect setting for this instructor-led Hatha Vinyasa Flow class.

Sarah was first introduced to yoga 7 years ago while studying psychology and immediately saw the benefits of mindfulness and mediation. She is a certified Yoga instructor with over 200 hours of experience.
